Has anyone been noticing how uncool the pharmacies have been lately? I think an elephant has a better chance of forgetting than I have of sticking it rich with toothpaste anymore. Speaking of toothpaste I forgot my P&G coupons when I went out with Dawn to Rite Aid so I will definitely making a second trip out later in the week and so will you! And I'll tell you why!
I like to wander. I gaze down the aisles, check to see if there are any new coupons on displays, any new clearance, anything at all that could be good, and oh, how I found it!
This week if you buy $30 of various products (look on page 8 of Rite Aid's circular) you get a $10+UP. Also on that page is a $2 in ad coupon for any BenGay product and right next to the BenGay at Rite Aid was a sign with loads of $3/1 coupons! The cheapest BenGay products are $5.49 so let's do some math....
$5.49 x 6 BenGay items = $32.96
Use 6 $3/1 coupons
Use 6 $2/1 in ad coupons
Get back a $10+UP
and you've just made $7.04!
I found the $3/1 MC at the Rite Aid by Dorney Park (in the same shopping center as Weis/Kings) and the CVS on...17th (?) st in Allentown.
And one more thing.... the assistant manager told me that now Rite Aid can only accept 4 of the same coupons in one transaction so you will have to split the above deal in 2 transactions - no big deal.
