Yard Sales and Rite Aid - good times

My mom invited me to go along with her to a community yard sale this morning and oh the deals I got! Community yard sales are the way to go. It's the day that everyone in the neighborhood sets up outside their house waiting for you to come along and pay hardly anything for something fantastic! (That's the best deal scenario, anyway.)
Toss your baby in the stroller and get walking - make sure you've cleaned out the bottom of the stroller so you've got a place to stash all of your good deals!
This yard sale was at a very nice trailer park. There was a constant breeze blowing that made the warm weather all the better. And there were tables set up everywhere! The first table yard sale rejects I encountered had a "FREE" sign on it. I walked away from that one with a utensil turny holder thing - there is a proper word for it that is not coming to mind.
After walking 1+ miles we loaded our things into the car and left quite content.
Then this evening we stopped at Rite Aid.

1 Shower Curtain
1 Double Boiler
1 Utensil Holder
1 Can Drainer
2 CDs (one not pictured)
2 Baking Dishes
5 Spools of Ribbon
4 Purex Laundry Detergent Sheets
2 Motrin PM
2 Colgate Toothpastes
1 Physicians Formula Mascara
2 Cherry Candies

All of this cost me only $4.50! Plus I got $12 in UP+ rewards from Rite Aid.

I LOVE my new shower curtain (only .50 cents!) It's so pretty!!!

The Summer has just begun so go out there and see what kind of deals you can score!
